Pancreatic cancer usually presents with jaundice, in a patient with a pancreatic mass and with weight loss and back pain. Tumor markers include CA 19-9 which is not specific, however is ok with a sensitivity of around 67% and specificity of 68%. CT scan is the choice for imaging.
