Linking Reagent

Ultra Streptavidin Detection System - USA SIGNET, ID Labs Inc. , Diluted 1:4 with filtered TRIS buffer pH 7.6

Labelling Reagent

Ultra Streptavidin Detection System - USA SIGNET, ID Labs Inc. , Diluted 1:4 with filtered TRIS buffer pH 7.6

Washing Soultion

TRIS Buffer Solution pH 7.6

Citrate Buffer

10 mM at a pH 6.0 , 18 mL o.1 M citric acid added to 82 mL 0.1 M sodium citrate, make a total volume of 1 litre with distilled water and adjust to pH 6.0 as required
